Shift patterns are varied, with a requirement for flexibility across the week, including weekends and sleep ins. We will also consider applications from people who require a set pattern of work to fit in with other life commitments.
The people we support are all generally young, fit and healthy but require support with some or all of the following: managing morning/evening routines, completing daily living tasks and support to access planned community-based activities. Many enjoy, amongst other things, cooking, gardening, hiking, swimming, yoga, cycling, and going out to pubs, music events, football matches, cinema and restaurants. Each also enjoys and spending time with their families who live close by. In your application, please include some information on any hobbies, interests or any other, 'non-care' skills you may have which may be relevant.
